I've got some work to do yet - mostly in establishing Glacier Peaks as a character world and in setting up Julia's backgrounds - but there's enough here that it's useful to have around. Glacier Peaks is an OC canon. This flavor of Julia is may eventually be headed for savetheearth.

Preincarnation Appearance: Straight blonde hair to her mid-back and blue eyes; about five feet tall. Slightly tanned, flawless skin. Dresses simply, but tends to have almost a regal air with how she presents herself.
Any differences: Taller (by virtue of being older); her hair's a little shorter, only to her shoulders. (Present PB: Hayden Panettiere.)
